Infrared
CasaRemote and a mediagateway like the iRTrans-LAN/WIFI from www.irtrans.de can replace all your remote controls at home. Learn your original controls and configure your individual remote control. Other hardware will be supported soon.

CasaRemote can also control applications without special hardware.

Windows Media Center
CasaRemote does support the Windows Media Center ov Windows Vista. Therefore the application VMCController from http://www.codeplex.com/VmcController has to be installed. 

Camera
CasaRemote supports many cameras and camera control from version 1.3.
A new function is also the direct control from the camera view, e.g. switch on light of the front door when watching.

Control

Radio outlets
With a gateway (additional hardware) wireless outlets can be controlled. Any outlets can be added and they can be detected by name and picture next to the button.

Socketstrips
On the market different socketstrips, which can be controlled via TCP/IP or HTTP can be found. Casaremote delivers several templates, which supports different hardware. For a list of supported devices, see supported devices on the website

Monitoring of Sensors

Different Sensortypes are supported. The sensors like temperature, humidity, speed and many more are supported.

Special Applications

Through the unique concept of CasaRemote, different hardware can be quickly and easy adapted. An example is the Control of the PortaSan Vitalbox of PortaMare.
